This hotel is situated in a beautiful green hilly region, making it perfect who want to be surrounded by nature. the rooms are very comfortable and spacious with excellent service provided by the staff. the delicious breakfast served every morning is a great start to the day. Guests can enjoy several outdoor and indoor swimming pools, with massaging and relaxing waterfalls. the hotel also offers fantastic walks along a stream of water and surrounded by native trees and vegetation.
The hotel does not offer exceptional gastronomic experiences compared to top-notch hotels in the region.

This hotel is nicely located amid lush greenery and is quite quiet at night. the food was decent enough and there is a nice walking trail through the trees near the water. the thermal pools were very relaxing and we enjoyed spending some time in them.
The rooms were quite old and smelled slightly moldy, and the bed was rather uncomfortable. the staff was not very helpful and we had a rather negative experience with one receptionist.

We had a fantastic Easter break at a hotel nestled in a lush green region, just an hour's drive from the airport. The most impressive thing about this hotel was the staff - everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. It was great to see that there were so many activities offered for kids, my little ones were kept busy throughout the stay. The thermal pools were excellent, and it was especially nice that we could enjoy them together as a family. The food was outstanding in terms of the variety and quality of dishes, and the drinks were also included, which was a great value.
The accommodations could do with some modernization, with bathrooms that felt a little dated. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so there was a mildew smell.
